    How I lead

    Strategy. Teams. Revenue.

I turn company strategy into marketing priorities, build teams that can deliver, and keep the work connected to revenue.

I’ve led through hypergrowth, acquisitions, pivots and difficult markets. I know how to build from scratch, fix broken teams and engines, but also how to inherit something good and continue its growth and maturity.

I stay close to the work so I can ask better questions, recognize great work and help talented people make stronger decisions.

Good leadership is knowing what matters now, what can wait and how to bring people with you.

    Von (formerly Rattle)

    VP of Marketing

Joined to scale an existing business through a 3x growth year. Instead, AI disrupted our product-market fit. Helped downsize to preserve cash, kept the existing business running while the company went back into R&D, then launched an entirely new AI-native product. In 2026, rebuilt the GTM organization and marketing engine from zero, taking the new product from no customers to about $2M in nine months.

    AI + marketing

I've marketed AI from the inside.

For the past two years I've been building and marketing an AI-native product while our market was being rewritten by the same technology. That meant evaluating and testing AI tooling, high empathy for buyers who are trying to learn and keep up with AI in their industry, and rebuilding the marketing engine around a product category that didn't exist when we started. I use AI every day across research, content, analysis and operations, and I've changed how my team works because of it.

I know what AI changes about marketing because I've had to relearn it in production.

    Selected leadership highlights

    What I've built.

    $1M to $40M

Built Gem's marketing organization from one to 15 while generating 65–70% of sales pipeline.

    Pivoting for AI

When AI disrupted our product-market fit, I helped lead a company pivot, stepped into Sales leadership and helped bring the new product to market.

    ABM to IPO

Built Alteryx's first ABM program, delivering 3:1 ROI as the company grew from $20M to $100M+ and went public.

    Three teams. One company.

Integrated three marketing organizations after Reveal acquired Logikcull, supporting a combined $100M+ business.

    Org design, end to end

I've hired dozens of people across every marketing function and level of seniority. I've led through three layoffs and handled both the easy and the hard exits. Many former teammates would work with me again.

    Backed by senior leaders

Executive peers, direct managers and direct reports from every role I've held would recommend working with me. I'm glad to share recommendations.
